- Ben Cook, Andy Bubble & Simon Pemberton
Ben is a multi-material sculptor, prop maker and designer. His work varies in size from tiny animation props to huge stage sets. He is currently working at Cosgrove Hall. He has worked for the Royal Exchange Theatre, Library Theatre and Palace Theatre Manchester and the Donmar Theatre in London. In the past five years Andy has worked primarily as a prop maker and enjoys the diversity and technical creativity that this involves. He also does the occasional freelance projects, particularly joinery and carpentry. He has previously worked at the Royal Exchange Theatre as a prop maker and he was part of the team carrying out major redevelopment for the Unicorn Grocery in Chorlton. Presently Andy is working on the automated giant Georgian chair for the Belgian Royal Opera (De Munt la Monnaie). Simon Pemberton has made props and sets for various theatres. He has also been involved in various shop design and builds, graphic design work and music production. The latest work he has done was on the Crazy Art Golf ?Mona Lisa?. He worked alongside Andy Bubble for Michael Trainor at the Northern Quarter Gallery. Other projects have included the Geodesic Sound Dome where speakers were placed at each internal node of the dome to bounce the original soundtrack around the 14ft structure and for the Dogs Of Heaven performance art group, a dance event, he produced an 18ft dancing skeleton made from recycled litho printing plates and shopping trolley wheels.
