I like getting attention, I like putting my head in a misty ice cream freezer on a hot Summer's day. I like strangers telling me secrets on planes. I like singing at the top of my voice and believing I'm Luke Skywalker. I like dodging the cracks when jogging and leaping from one square to the next. I like hearing things that no one else hears - like the tip-tapping of a single autumn leaf, stumbling after me in the park. I like sun-drenched colours. I like following streams of thought right out to sea. I like it when the strings cut into a disco track. I like not being in the place that i'm from. I like watching jellyfish but wouldn't dare touch one. I like holidays with friends in their summerhouses. But I hate snakes and waking up with ants on my face. I do like jumping out of bed because a thought had bitten me though. And I like the word "WOW" when closely followed by the word "cow". But I dislike standing in public showers without my sandals on. I hate having my mobile within two inches of my ear. And I hate posh girls who were "so drunk larst night it was hilarious". I absolutely hate the phrase, "Same old same old". I like it when my girlfriend claps her hands with excitement though. Or rubs her eyes when she's sleepy. I like playing music loud and living in the world of just that one track. I like the last five minutes of the morning rush to get out of the house on time. I like calculated risks. But I hate being out of control. I like exploring, taking on more than I can chew, then having to stomach it later.
