She's a multi-faith and multi-lingual cow too, a vehicle for local children to show their vision of how their community might develop. Artist Iram Aslam is certain about the benefits of the project, ?It provides an opportunity for people who might feel distant from central Manchester to get involved and gives them a sense of ownership in a city wide celebration.?
