Ruby Moo will have pride of place in the Gay Village animating the streets and creating amusement, bemusement and joy as she grazes amongst the Village revellers and carnival queens. This is the Village''s contribution to the Manchester Cow Parade 2004 and was created from designs, ideas and hysteria after an open consultation on the streets over a single day.
