If a cow was the Lake District, this would be that cow. Lakeland Belle is a bovine which captures the balance of nature in the most beautiful of English regions: lakes, mountains, forests, meadows, farms and villages in perfect equilibrium. Over the body of the cow the contours of the district have been captured from hooves to head with a combination of acrylic brush and spray work. Lake Land Belle is an escapist's dream, a beast for which Lake District poet William Wordsworth might have a penned a sonnet.
